The Trials of Heroes

Nine years have passed since the end of Book Three. Tarimev now leads the Yevanti as a battle-hardened commander, Torvald carries the weight of Worthervir’s army and Imre searches for a path through the magic that has protected the Black Crater for generations.

The orcs are finally being driven back, but they remain dangerous and desperate. When the war reaches Qoan and the nations launch their final campaigns across land and sea, old friends are reunited and every surviving hero is drawn towards the conflict’s last strongholds.

Ending the war will demand more than victory in battle. The heroes must confront what years of fighting have taken from them—and decide what kind of future they are willing to fight for.
